Dan Skuta of the San Francisco 49ers played in the NFL for nine
years before retiring to begin his current career as a business investor. He’s
also a former Jacksonville Jaguars linebacker, though he was with the San
Francisco 49ers before joining Jacksonville.
Before entering the NFL, he was signed
to play football with Grand Valley State University (GVSU) and spent his entire
college football career there.
Though Dan Skuta was passionate about progressing in the NFL and had earned a positive reputation as a player, he suffered a serious injury that required hip replacement surgery on his right side and a lengthy recovery.
He decided to shift his focus to business investing and ownership, and he’s now excelling in multiple industries. Some of his endeavors include owning a 700-acre ranch in Texas and starting a clothing company.
